RETURN
RIVONTOUCH has 10 days return policy, that gives you the choice to return the item purchased within 10 days from the receipt day of product at your end.
RETURN POLICY IS SUBJECT TO FOLLOWING POINTS
- If item enjoys more than 20% discount, then this item is not coming under the return policy, so can’t it be returned.
- For availing the facility of return the product must have its tag intact with original Invoice too is must.
- It is important that the returned item must be intact and dust free and non used and undamaged.
- Once we receive the item from customer under this facility of return, it will pass through our check list and if found correct as per our guidelines then only the product will be accepted for return and in this case the decision of the company is final.
- The damaged item due to improper use or used item is not covered in this return Policy.
- Reshipment charges for return item will not be payable.
- Company has got full rights to deny the return, if item returned will not clear our check list parameters and the companies decision in this case will be full & final.
EXCHANGE
- Customer can do size exchange or quality exchange only one time for a Particular Invoice.
- For size exchange reshipment charges cannot be paid.
- More than 20% discounted item cannot be exchanged. (Not covered under this policy).
- For Size exchange too the product must be unused, Intact, with proper tag on it as well as original invoice too required
- Item sent for exchange has to clear our check list requirements then only it is eligible for exchange.
REFUND
- Once the returned product clears our check list guidelines, then the refund amount as per policy will be sent to the customer through NEFT.
- For refund procedure our customer care officer will get in touch with the customer.
