Apart from above our products enjoy warranty for the time mentioned in the dangler with the product & warranty can be claimed subject to below mentioned points.
- Warranty will be applicable against manufacturing defects only.
- Warranty will not be applicable if the usage of product is done in improper way.
- When submitting warranty claim, we need you to submit purchase Invoice as well as warranty card to prove your claim.
- After receiving the damaged product with required documents along with it, the product will pass through our check list and if the product found to be used with negligence or in an improper way then warranty will not be applicable on sent product.
- then it will be replaced with the fresher one or cost of the product will be reimbursed to you along with reshipment charges borne by you, tohave new product or to take replacement is purely customer’s choice.
- Warranty will get start from the 10th day of Invoice date.
- After the assessment of complain the decision of company will be full and final and same is binding on customer.
- Our invoicing & entire subject or this entire dealing is subject to Mumbai Jurisdiction.
REFUND
- Once we are convinced, that product is defective & customer is opting for refund then refund amount will be sent to the customer through NEFT.
- For refund procedure our customer care officer will get in touch with you (customer).
